Demo of Slow Vista SMB Copy from Linux
ABOUT: Video proof that file transfers from Linux to Vista over SMB are about half what they should/could be. Is MS purposely causing SMB transfers with Linux to perform poorly or are they just really bad coders? There is no excuse for what you are about to see.
